Refunds & Returns
To eliminate defects, each item has been inspected for quality and function prior to packaging. You will never buy a used, returned, or exchanged bottle from us – because it is our policy never to accept them. That is our QUALITY GUARANTEE to you! Although we are unable to accept returns due to the strict sanitation requirements of dental hygiene products, we will consider a one-time refund or replacement of your investment should it arrive damaged or defective upon arrival. Please provide photos documenting damage or defect. Thank you!
Alternative non-dental uses:
Please do not dispose of quality silk simply because it is inconvenient or no longer useful for you. Silk is much thicker and stronger than regular sewing thread, so the silk floss bottle makes a superior emergency sewing kit. Just add a carpet needle to the reusable bottle. Not only can it repair clothing, it is strong enough to repair carpets.
